WELCOME TO SWEETIE GIRL RACING FOR 2008
2008 brings new sponsors, new members, and a new platform to build from for the years to come. Our new platform begins with creating three exciting divisions under the Sweetie Girl Racing umbrella. Those to divisions are as follows:
The idea behind our 3 divisions is to create a more specialize environment for those who fall under these interests. It also allows SGR to encompass a broader spectrum of the motor sport community. However, members are not limited to either show, race or street. If there is an event that one division is doing that is of interest, you are more than welcome to participate. There also will be events where the SGR team will be represented as the full team. Please check our 2008 CALENDAR OF EVENTS for all the Miss Shift and Miss Represent events along with SGR organized events for 2008.
Overall, SGR is a springboard opportunity to gain insight into the motor sport culture, gain valuable automotive experience, make professional contacts and best of all, build great friendships! We are always on the look out for fresh faces, ideas and members who share the same values we do. If you feel the drive to be an integral part of SGR, we want to hear from you! We have introduced new initiatives including working within the community by supporting and organizing various charity events that will allow SGR to have a stronger presence in the public community. We have organized and participated in countless charity events such as our very popular SGR Annual Charity Car Wash and Dyno Day. Our Car Wash alone raised a little over $2000 for CIBC’s “Run for the Cure” in 2007.
